Since 1985, MCA Business Brokers & Realty has been involved in professionally brokering the sales of privately owned "main-street" businesses, certified business valuations and providing M&A consultation services. MCA is a PA State Licensed Real Estate Agency specializing in the sales and leasing of commercial and business properties. MCA provides client services and listing agency representation to business sellers. Prospective business buyers are provided services by MCA as customers. Buyer services include locating the right business, transaction management and lending advisory.
Tony Darcangelo has over 25 years of professional experience as a local business owner and as a former corporate executive. He earned a Bachelors of Science Degree in Business Administration & Marketing from the Penn State University. Tony is a 2005 graduate of Donna Dailey’s SCHOOL OF BUSINESS BROKERAGE. This the only educational program of its kind exclusively focused on the practice of 'Main Street' business brokerage.
Tony is most proud of his accomplishments as a local entrepreneur and business owner. He was the founder of a medical staffing franchise in the Harrisburg area in 1993 and served as the Executive Director. He and his partners sold this business in 1997. MCA Business Brokers served as the 'intermediary' and advisor on the sale.
In 1998, Tony became a Partner in a Harrisburg based private equity group that acquired a local staffing company and served as the President of that company until 2001. During his tenure, he and his partners significantly expanded the company's market share throughout the region.
Tony continues to serve as the President and Managing Partner of MCA Business Brokers. He is a PA Licensed Realtor with a strategic alliance with Mid-Atlantic Realty Group, LLC. He specializes in working with sellers of businesses, business properties and commercial investment real estate sales and leasing. He works with prospective business buyers to educate them on the acquisition process and locate a business that exceeds their professional and personal objectives.
As a native of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, Tony is passionate about the small business community in South Central Pennsylvania. As a business owner himself, Tony understands the challenges of business ownership. His diverse experiences include: business start up, turnaround and planning a successful exit strategy.
