Fultonbridge Partners LLC is a Chicago-based private investment firm that is focused on developing
trend-positive opportunities in the lower middle market. We consider early stage investment
opportunities as well as buyouts of privately held companies.
Fultonbridge has helped develop companies with as little as $500,000 in gross revenue but we prefer companies whose enterprise value is at least $5 million and with an EBITDA of $1 million. We consider ourselves a venture development company more than a private equity firm: we look for interesting ideas, trends and opportunities and seek to marry them with the proper level of capital, management and strategic direction. Fultonbridge takes a very opportunistic approach to investing. We often generate our own ideas and then look for pieces – acquisitions, management, capital – to complete the puzzle.
