Korri Hall has an extensive background in small and mid-size business consulting gained through more than 25 years in public accounting. As managing partner of Hall Hooper (now Hooper Cornell), CPA’s, she had direct client responsibility for over 250 business clients in a wide variety of industries, ranging from under $1 million to over $80 million in revenues. Hall has particpated in the purchase and sale of businesses both personally and for her clients, ranging in size from approximately $1 million to nearly $10 million. Hall also has extensive experience in preparing business valuations, developing transition plans for family owned businesses, and assisting in strategic planning that included advising clients in acquisitions for growth and spin-offs of subsidiaries or divisions.
